Welcome to White Swan Care Services. We provide a range of innovative supported housing and community care services to adults with mental health needs as well as learning disabilities. We provide supported housing, day centre services and Floating support. White Swan Care Services is a strategic partner of Stepping Stone Living UK Limited. Stepping stone living provides supported living for learning disability clients in the Buckinghamshire area.

Our aim is to utilize the recovery model of support for our clients, providing them with homes or supporting them in their own homes, helping them to meet mutually agreed goals in their individual support plans, and enabling them to live independent lives as far as possible. We provide a flexible level of support to meet the changing needs of our service-users. 

We are committed to working in partnership with referring clinical teams and agencies to provide services to meet local needs; and to develop flexible, responsive and tailored services to meet these needs and to provide services as part of an integrated pathway of care.
